Our story
Practical experience shaped into one accountable business.
Alpha was incorporated
Alpha Install Solutions Ltd was incorporated on 27 September 2022, creating the foundation for the specialist delivery business that followed.
Shopfitting built the reputation
Paddy Ford and Luke Thorpe developed Alpha as a shopfitting firm, initially delivering front-of-house self-service checkout installations and moves. Successful delivery and word of mouth led to wider store works, fit-outs and rebrands.
Residential expertise joined Alpha
In late 2024, Alpha secured a damp and mould contract. Gareth Wright, then subcontracting as a site manager on bakery projects, stepped up to lead the scheme. Previous relationships and successful delivery helped the Residential division grow.
Leadership grounded in site experience
Alpha's senior management has worked on the tools as well as coordinating labour and programming projects. Paddy oversees Shopfitting operations. Gareth works primarily in Residential and oversees operations and commercial management across both divisions. Luke works across the business with a focus on growth.
